I’ve had a really positive experience with this letting agent. From the initial enquiry through to getting everything sorted, the team were friendly, professional and easy to deal with. Communication was clear and they were always quick to respond whenever I had a question or needed help. The whole process was straightforward and stress-free, which made moving into the property much easier. I have been a tenant with Lock & Key for the past 4 years, and I honestly couldn’t recommend them enough! They are absolutely amazing. They are so easy to get in contact with, no matter the time, and whenever there has been a maintenance issue, they have always been quick to get it sorted. What I love most is how friendly, down-to-earth and approachable everyone is. They genuinely care about their tenants and make renting feel so much easier and less stressful. My Buy to let is in Blackburn, but I live 30 miles away. Gave Dee the contract to manage my property as I've no time to chase workmen and do repairs on the property.  So left it all in her hands.
