We chose to use Lock and Key after considering a number of local estate agents because they seemed to offer good community connections and a fixed price. They did not disappoint and exceeded all of our expectations by providing the best service. They were not only great advisers but also got involved in a large number of practical ways to support us because of the considerable distance we live from Blackburn. They were also excellent at communicating with us and quickly responded following any contact we made with them. As a new tenant I have had a fantastic experience with Lock&Key.
From the start they have been so welcoming and professional,from viewing to signing documents I was kept updated at each stage. The moving process went smoothly and was handled very professionally.
This is my first home and I really felt reassured and looked after, everything was explained thoroughly in a way I could understand which I appreciated as for me it was such a huge step in my life. The house itself was cleaned and fixed up before moving in which also made things easier for me.
The owner Dee is friendly and available to contact for any issues which are solved asap,which I also really appreciate.
