For a conventional board sale. No VAT is added to our agency fees. We agree the asking price and marketing plan with you before launch.
Your written quotation and signed agreement confirm what is included, payment terms and any other charges. Solicitor, EPC, mortgage and other third party costs are separate unless agreed in writing. Auction has separate terms and charges. Our board-sale instruction is sole agency: Lock & Key is the only estate agent appointed during the agreed term. We do not take joint agency instructions. Your written agreement explains when the fee is due.
